Privacy

This website is run by OPIC for Contracting & Trading, 253 Street, Degla Maadi, Cairo, Egypt ("OPIC", "we"). This page explains what happens to information when you use it.

What this website collects

The website has no user accounts and no contact form that sends data to our servers. When you build an inquiry, the selected part numbers and quantities are kept only in your own browser (local storage) so the list stays with you between pages. You can clear it at any time by removing the items or clearing your browser data.

When you contact us

The "Continue in WhatsApp" and "Open email draft" buttons open your own WhatsApp or email app with a message prepared for you. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself. When you do, we receive the information you chose to include, such as your name, company, country, email, phone number and the parts you are interested in.

We use this information only to answer your inquiry, prepare quotations, and handle any resulting order. We do not sell it. Messages sent by WhatsApp or email are also handled by those services under their own privacy terms.

Inquiries about low-voltage panels are handled by Omega Arab, a separate company under common ownership with OPIC, and are used only to answer the panel inquiry.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for our normal business and legal record-keeping.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by contacting us on WhatsApp at +20 100 667 9953 or by email at [email protected].
